Glovender is looking for an organized and detail-oriented executive assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our executive level team with business-related tasks.

Glovender is a fast-growing Nashville based supply chain acceleration startup. We help leading brands and emerging creators avoid supply chain delays, accelerate product launches, and maximize profits using our G360 Command Center™ platform and global supply chain agents.

Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Act as the point of contact among the board of directors, employees, clients, and other external partners 
  • Manage high volume of information follow
  • Maintain reports, corporate documents, and company databases in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives’ calendars, set up meetings and help prepare for meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements 
  • Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings
  • Regularly update information on the Glovender Portal
  • Onboard clients, employees, and teammates on the Glovender Portal
  • Assign tasks, generate invoices, create proposals, and manage other business-related tasks on the Glovender Portal
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and ensure everyone is doing their tasks
  • Make administrative process improvement recommendations to the board of directors
  • Conduct research and prepare documents for review and presentation by the board of directors
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
  • Provide general administrative support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to organize daily workload by priorities
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to learn new software applications as needed
